Introduce psychoeducation on anxiety, anger, and self‐concept, build rapport, review long‐term goals, and set one weekly social task.

Helping the student understand her emotions (anxiety, anger, low self‐esteem) builds self‐awareness, teaches coping strategies, and primes her to tackle social and academic goals with confidence.
