Brave and Calm Lesson Plan

In this 30-minute individual session, the student will build comfort in therapy, learn to express honest feelings about anxiety, and practice two simple coping skills: deep breathing and a grounding exercise.

Fostering a safe, trusting environment helps students open up about their feelings, recognize signs of anxiety, and develop practical tools to manage stress and emotions independently.
