Step 1

Introduction

Step 2

Activity 1: Dance Party

3 minutes

  • Play an upbeat song and encourage students to dance freely.
  • Suggest fun dance moves or let students create their own.
  • Emphasize having fun and moving around.

Step 3

Activity 2: Freeze Game

3 minutes

  • Play music and have students dance or move around.
  • Pause the music at random intervals; students must freeze in place.
  • Encourage creative poses and laughter.

  • Gather students and discuss how they feel after the activities.
