Lesson Plan

Board Your Feelings Lesson Plan

Students will identify and express a variety of emotions through visual drawings on dry erase boards and then articulate and reflect on their feelings through group discussion and written prompts.

Developing emotional awareness helps students recognize and label their own feelings, build empathy, and improve communication, supporting self-regulation and positive classroom relationships.
