Balloon Breathing Plan

Students will demonstrate belly breathing by imagining inflating a balloon in their abdomen to calm their bodies and practice self-control.

This lesson builds foundational emotional regulation and mind–body awareness in Pre-K learners through playful, guided deep breathing, helping them develop self-control and a calming strategy to use throughout their day.
