Schoolwide Behavior

This lesson focuses on promoting positive schoolwide behavior among 5th-grade students. Through a guided discussion and interactive activities, students will explore the importance of good behavior and how it contributes to a positive school environment. This lesson is important as it helps students understand the impact of their actions and encourages them to be responsible and respectful members of the school community.

Encourage students to share their thoughts and experiences.

Activity: Behavior Brainstorm

5 minutes

Provide each student with a post-it note and a marker.
Ask them to write down one example of good behavior they can practice at school.
Collect the notes and read a few examples aloud.

Closure

2 minutes

Summarize the key points discussed.
Encourage students to practice the behaviors they brainstormed.
