Beat the Test Jitters Plan

Students will identify personal test anxiety triggers and practice at least two evidence-based coping strategies—deep breathing and positive affirmations—to reduce stress and build confidence before exams.

Test anxiety can undermine performance and well-being. Teaching students to recognize stress signals and use proven coping tools boosts their focus, self-efficacy, and exam outcomes.
