Step 1

Introduction to Affirmations

  • Discuss how affirmations can boost self-esteem and confidence.

Step 2

Art Activity

15 mins

  • Distribute paper and colored pencils or markers to each student.
  • Instruct students to choose one or more affirmations from the worksheet or create their own.
  • Encourage them to create a piece of art that visually represents their chosen affirmation(s).
  • Remind students to focus on expressing positivity and creativity in their artwork.
