Mindful DBT Journey

A 16-week DBT-based curriculum for K-5 students in group support (Tier 2) focusing on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each 30-minute session combines short lessons, interactive activities, games, visual handouts, and scripts designed for neurodiverse learners to build self-awareness, coping strategies, and social skills.

Each 30-minute session guides clinical staff through engaging activities and discussions to teach strategies like stop-and-think, self-talk, and calming techniques. Aligned to Tier 2 support, this program empowers students to manage impulses and improve classroom behavior.
