In this 30-minute 5th grade lesson, students will design an identity shield illustrating at least four facets of their identity (interests, culture, values, goals). This activity fosters self-awareness, celebrates diversity, and builds community by allowing students to share who they are through art.

In this 5th grade, 30-minute lesson, students will become investigators of right and wrong by analyzing real-world scenarios. They’ll learn to weigh fairness and impact to identify ethical choices, fostering critical thinking and moral reasoning skills.

In this playful Pre-K lesson, students learn to calm themselves by imagining inflating a balloon in their belly. Through music, modeling, and reflection, they build early self-regulation skills and discover the mind-body connection.

In this engaging 30-minute Pre-K lesson, students will learn to identify four basic emotions—happy, sad, mad, scared—by observing and mimicking facial expressions using handheld mirrors.
