Operation Math Confidence is a fun, 4-session series (30 minutes each) for grades 2–5 designed to boost struggling math students’ skills and self-regulation. By focusing on growth mindset, number sense, problem-solving strategies, and self-control, this Tier 1 classroom lesson helps reduce acting-out behaviors and builds math confidence.

In this 4-session unit, 2nd–5th grade students use restorative practices to build a supportive classroom community and strengthen math skills. Each 30-minute session blends math problem solving with restorative circles to boost confidence, collaboration, and reflection.
