In this one-session, 30-minute module, teachers will learn the fundamentals of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and discover practical strategies to create a positive classroom climate. This lesson empowers educators with clear definitions, real-world examples, and engaging activities to kickstart PBIS implementation in their schools.

Students will create an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan framed as a GPS, guiding them from triggers to goals using real-time self-monitoring. This Tier 3 intervention empowers a 7th grade student to recognize triggers, track behaviors, reflect daily, and navigate challenges toward positive outcomes—each session is 60 minutes.
