Each 15-minute session builds upon the last, reinforcing self-awareness, self-talk, and mindful techniques in a fun, collaborative environment.
In this 4-session mini-course, 6th graders will explore empathy, kindness, and how their words can impact others. Through games and guided group discussions, students will develop social-emotional skills, learn to support peers, and practice positive communication. Each 15-minute session is designed for small group intervention (Tier 2).
In this six-session, 15-minute Tier 2 group series, 8th grade girls will build self-advocacy skills by learning to express themselves, communicate needs, and stay focused. This series empowers students to confidently speak up and take ownership of their learning through interactive lessons and engaging games.
In this engaging six-session 15-minute each unit for a small intervention group, 6th graders learn to recognize triggers, pause impulses, and practice self-control through games, reflections, and tracking activities. This Tier 2 group support builds lifelong skills in thoughtful decision-making and emotional regulation.
In this three-session social-awareness program, a 5th grade student will develop skills in empathy, respectful disagreement, and collaborative interaction.
