This 10-minute Tier 1 session introduces 4th graders to a daily Check-In Check-Out form supporting the school’s three Be’s: Safe, Responsible, and Respectful. Students learn to self-monitor and reflect, fostering positive behaviors and honest self-assessment.

A four-session, 20-minute Tier 3 individual intervention for a fourth-grade student with an IEP struggling with defiance and elopement. This lesson helps the student learn respectful communication, following directions, and self-motivation through discussions and engaging activities.
