An 8-week Tier II counseling group for 4th graders to build emotion regulation skills through fun, interactive activities and reflective exercises. This small-group program meets once a week for 45 minutes and helps students identify, understand, and manage emotions effectively.

In this 30-minute Tier 2 SEL lesson, 4th grade students will become 'Emotion Detectives' by identifying, expressing, and managing their feelings through engaging activities and discussions. This group-focused session aims to build self-awareness and emotional regulation skills to support students' social-emotional growth.
