In this 4-session series, 5th graders learn to recognize, resist, and respond to middle school gossip in a safe, supportive environment. Each 30-minute lesson uses discussion, activities, and games to build empathy, assertiveness, and healthy communication skills—super important for navigating peer relationships.

In this 30-minute, one-session lesson, 5th graders will explore Social Emotional Learning (SEL), discover their own SEL “superpowers,” and understand how managing emotions, empathy, and decision-making can help them in school and life.
