In this 30-minute 10th grade Tier 1 lesson, students will learn why it’s essential to verify information from AI tools, how AI can “hallucinate” or present falsehoods, and strategies to spot and correct AI mistakes. This lesson builds critical digital literacy skills vital for responsible AI use.

Students embark on a guided exploration of real-world AI dilemmas, learning to balance technological innovation with ethical responsibility. This Tier 1, single-session lesson equips 12th graders with digital citizenship and moral reasoning skills in a 55-minute class.
