An interactive, movement-based session where 5th graders explore self-awareness by identifying emotional triggers and responses through corner-based discussions. This Tier 1, 35-minute lesson supports CASEL Self-Awareness and helps students recognize and articulate their feelings in real-life situations.

A whole-class art-meets-reflection activity where 3rd graders create mixed-media self-portraits and captions illustrating their personal traits, fostering self-awareness and creativity. This Tier 1 lesson spans one 70-minute session and provides everything teachers need to guide students through art, reflection, and positive peer interaction.
