Session 2 focuses on teaching two more calming strategies (counting and positive self-talk) and applying all strategies to mini scenarios. Includes a quick review, activity, and worksheet extension.

In this two-session behavior-focused mini-unit, small groups of students will explore what drives disruptive behavior and learn strategies to self-regulate and support positive classroom environment. By understanding triggers and practicing constructive responses, students build self-awareness and collaborative skills.

In this lesson, students will learn to identify common stressors and explore healthy coping mechanisms via engaging group activities and discussions. Understanding and managing stress is a vital life skill, especially for young students who are developing their emotional intelligence.

In this lesson, students will research a career of their choice and present their findings to the class. This activity will help them understand various careers, the skills and education required, and allow them to practice their presentation skills.
