In this 35-minute Tier 2 small-group workshop, 4th graders co-create personalized reinforcement menus to practice choice-making and self-advocacy in behavior support. Students will explore reinforcement options, build their own menus, and share with peers to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

In this detective-style lesson, 2nd graders will explore emotional and behavioral triggers through discussion, interactive slides, games, and reflection. This Tier 1 classroom lesson builds emotional literacy and empathy, helping students recognize what sparks certain feelings and reactions in themselves and others. 1 session, 40 minutes.
