Over 30-minute one-on-one sessions, students will learn skills to manage anxiety, improve focus, and cultivate emotional resilience.
A quick daily warm-up routine integrating breathing, stretching, and gratitude to start each class positively. This Tier 1 lesson will help 4th graders cultivate emotional regulation, focus, and a positive mindset in just 10 minutes per session.
A targeted small-group activity where 2nd grade students regularly record quick checks to deepen self-awareness and give teachers formative insights. This Tier 2, 20-minute session helps monitor student progress and informs instruction.
A whole-class lesson that introduces progress monitoring concepts through interactive examples, empowering teachers to make data-driven decisions. This Tier 1, 45-minute session for a 3rd grade class will help students understand how to track their own learning progress and why it matters.
An individualized Tier 3 session for an 8th-grade student to identify and label emotions using visuals, writing, and self-regulation strategies. Over 30 minutes, students will engage in flashcard exploration, a matching maze, journaling, and practice calm-down techniques to deepen emotional awareness and regulation.
