A dynamic 5th grade classroom lesson in Health & Wellness exploring how balanced meals fuel brain and body performance; over a single 60-minute session, students will engage in interactive activities to make smarter food choices and understand nutrition concepts, empowering lifelong healthy habits.

This individual Tier 3 lesson uses social stories to help a 6th grader understand how to make good decisions and reflect on outcomes. In a 30-minute session, the student will read a tailored social story, discuss choices, practice decision-making through role-play, and reflect.
