A 4-session series designed for 6th grade girls to build essential social skills like active listening, empathy, assertiveness, and conflict resolution. Each 20-minute session includes a structured lesson plan, engaging teacher script, and hands-on activity, with accommodations guided by IEP strategies to ensure all learners can thrive.

In this individual support session, we’ll help a 5th grader understand and maintain personal space through engaging activities and real-life scenarios. This 30-minute lesson builds self-awareness and social skills, ensuring the student feels comfortable and respectful of others.

Equip students with a personalized set of stress management techniques by recognizing stressors, experimenting with coping strategies, and developing a customized toolbox for challenging situations. Tailored for high school students in a single 60-minute session.
