Fitness Fun Fiesta Session 1

1. Practice locomotor skills (hopping, jumping, running) through a team relay obstacle course; 2. Collaborate effectively in small groups to complete physical challenges; 3. Identify and perform proper warm-up and cool-down exercises.

This lesson develops foundational gross motor skills and teamwork while instilling healthy exercise habits. It supports physical literacy, social interaction, and aligns with Tennessee PE standards to promote lifelong wellness.
