Cafeteria Crew Survey

Teacher Preparation

15 minutes

  • Review the Cafeteria Crew Survey Slide Deck and familiarize yourself with the content.
  • Prepare the digital survey using a platform like Google Forms. Ensure all questions from the Cafeteria Crew Feedback Survey are accurately entered and the survey is accessible to students.
  • Ensure computers or tablets are available and charged for student use.
