Being active
This lesson will focus on encouraging students to be active through a fun, game-based learning approach. Students will engage in a series of physical games designed to get them moving and thinking about the importance of staying active. The lesson will conclude with a group discussion to reinforce the benefits of physical activity.

- Greet the students and briefly introduce the topic of being active.
