Step 1

- Place hula hoops and bean bags at different stations.
- Distribute the Printable Adventure Cards to each team.
Step 3
Active Adventure Challenge
30 mins
- Each team starts at a different station and completes the task on their Adventure Card.
- Tasks may include physical challenges like hopping on one foot, balancing a bean bag, or teamwork tasks like forming a human pyramid.
- Use a stopwatch to time each task and rotate teams every 5 minutes.
Step 4
Reflection and Discussion

- Gather the students and discuss their experiences.
- Ask questions like: What was your favorite challenge? How did your team work together?
- Highlight the importance of teamwork and staying active.
- Thank the students for participating.
- Encourage them to think about how they can stay active in their daily lives.
- Conclude the session with a group cheer or clap.
