Being recognized for my work in mental health leadership is meaningful because it reflects our shared commitment to showing up early, with intention, before a crisis happens. It affirms the importance of creating a culture where mental health is a foundation, where checking in, creating safe spaces, and normalizing support are part of our everyday rhythm. This recognition reminds us that leading with care helps our community grow, heal, and thrive.
