“Being recognized for my work in mental health leadership is an incredible honor that reflects the shared dedication of my remarkable team. Behind every absence, every health screening, and every immunization record is a student with a story—and it is our mission to uncover the ‘why,’ ensuring each child is seen, supported, and given the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.”
Adrina Bolds is the Director of Student Attendance and Health for Harmony Public Schools, where she leads attendance strategy across 76 campuses serving 45,000 students. She works at the intersection of health, counseling, and family engagement—designing interventions that address the root causes of absenteeism, from bullying to unmet mental health or SPED needs. Her initiatives include peer-driven attendance ambassador programs, districtwide wellness campaigns, and daily, actionable outreach to caregivers. Under Adrina’s leadership, average attendance has risen significantly, reflecting a systemwide shift grounded in both data and deep empathy.
